Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how the SAPA boutique uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels) under the Swedish Electronic Communications Act (Lag 2022:482) implementing the EU ePrivacy Directive, together with GDPR.

01

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. Cookies allow basic functions to work (login, basket), measure site performance, and — only with your consent — personalise content and marketing.

02

Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary — required for the website to function: session, basket, security, language preference. No consent needed (legal basis: legitimate interest, ePrivacy Art. 5(3) exemption).
  • Functional — remember your preferences (e.g. selected colours, recently viewed). Set on consent.
  • Analytics — privacy-first, aggregated traffic measurement. Set on consent.
  • Marketing — measuring campaign effectiveness, retargeting. Only set with your explicit consent.
03

Managing your consent

When you first visit the boutique you are presented with our cookie banner. You can accept all, reject all (except strictly necessary), or set granular preferences. You may change your mind at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer.

You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect the functionality of the boutique.

04

Third parties

Some cookies are set by third-party processors acting on our instructions, including Stripe (payment fraud prevention), our analytics provider, and our shipping carriers' tracking widgets. These parties are bound by data processing agreements and process data only as instructed by us.
