The brand "SAPA — Maison Signature" is operated by the seller above. References to "we", "us" or "SAPA" refer to iCRO-SEO Digital Agency AB.

Every SAPA piece is made to order in our atelier. We begin cutting, sewing and finishing your garment only after your order is confirmed and paid. This guarantees the highest quality but means production takes time and orders are personalised.

Because pieces are made to your order, we reserve the right to take additional time when needed to ensure the finest quality, and we ask for your patience as part of our atelier promise.

An order placed through the SAPA boutique is an offer to buy. The contract of sale is formed when we send a written order confirmation to your email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, stock issues, pricing error).

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to place an order.

All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes for orders outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods supported by Stripe in your country. Your card is charged at the moment the order is placed, as production starts immediately.

See our Shipping Policy for details. Production and delivery typically take between 3 and 30 days depending on destination and the complexity of the piece.

See our Returns Policy. As consumers in the EU you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Lag 2005:59), with the limitations described in the Returns Policy regarding personalised, made-to-measure goods.

For consumers, the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen 2022:260) applies. You have a 3-year right to claim defects from the date of delivery. Notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect — within 2 months is always considered reasonable.

All content on the website — text, photography, graphics, logos, the SAPA crest, garment designs and source code — is the property of iCRO-SEO Digital Agency AB or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and design law. Any reproduction without our written consent is prohibited.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

We are not liable for delay or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, fire, supplier failure, natural disaster, pandemic or government action.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall first be sought to be resolved amicably. If not, disputes are settled by Swedish courts with Stockholm tingsrätt, Sverige as the court of first instance. Consumers may also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) — arn.se — or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
