Your right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise the right, send a clear statement to info@quantrogroup.com with your order number, full name and the items you wish to return.
You can also use the standard withdrawal form provided by Konsumentverket — available on publikationer.konsumentverket.se.
Made-to-order & personalised pieces
Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised — this includes bespoke colourways, custom embroidery and made-to-measure pieces.
Standard ready-to-wear pieces from our boutique remain returnable within 14 days even though produced on demand, provided they are unworn, unwashed and returned with all original packaging and tags.
Condition of returned pieces
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and free from marks, scent or alterations.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Garments must be returned in the original SAPA garment bag and box.
- You are liable for any decrease in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
How to return
- Send your withdrawal notice to info@quantrogroup.com.
- You will receive return instructions and a return address within 2 business days.
- Send the parcel back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We recommend a tracked shipping method — the customer carries the cost and risk of the return shipment.
- Once received and inspected, we issue the refund within 14 days to the original payment method, including original outbound shipping (lowest available class).
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect piece, contact us immediately. Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen 2022:260) you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. We cover all return shipping costs in such cases.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different size or colour is to return the original item and place a new order. We will start production on the new piece as soon as your order is confirmed.
